Wales football star Ramsey has boosted the bounty for details regarding his lost canine Halo to £15k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, revealed that Halo was last seen in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
the dog, who vanished on 9 October, was equipped with a GPS collar, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any sort of information concerning our pet Halo kindly get in touch with us. Significant reward for reuniting with her. We are all praying she's ok and will return to our family soon," the athlete wrote on social media.
Initial Offer and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey first announced that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has since posted several images of the beloved dog on Instagram.
A seven thousand five hundred pound bounty was initially announced, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a seven days, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the sum.
"All we desire is Halo home," he said in an additional plea on social media after the 10-year-old pet disappeared.
The latest image share is a monochrome photo of the beagle sleeping, its head lying in the bend of the athlete's elbow, with the caption: "What I'd do to embrace you once more Halo."
Household's Worries and Context
The footballer has additionally posted a note from his spouse Colleen on social media indicating they have some "pressing queries" surrounding the incident and worry the household "could possibly not get answers".
"To this day we haven't found our dog. It is unlikely we will," his wife's post stated.
The Welsh skipper joined Mexico's top-flight team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and made his inaugural match in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the initial high profile British player to play in the Mexico's top division.
